Keynote Presentation: 5 Secrets of Creativity
While innovation is commonly associated with AI, smartphones, and driverless cars rather than paintings, sculptures and objets d’art, everything from the iPhone to Amazon to Airbnb had its genesis in the creative skills that are necessary for all innovation but that are native to the arts. Being able to learn and adopt these skills will be crucial for our future — in both work and life. In this interactive talk, a riff on Dalí’s famed creative handbook 50 Secrets of Magic Craftsmanship, we’ll explore the five secrets of creativity — seeing from multiple perspectives, breaking through boundaries and cultivating curiosity, among others — to jumpstart change and fuel our abilities to see, do and be differently.
